Why haven't I received a bill from my provider yet?

Different providers take longer than others to setup accounts or switch supply.

If you setup your provider account through BillHub and you haven't heard from your provider either via welcome letter in the post, phone or email you should contact them to ensure your account is on track to being setup.

BillHub will send application for services to your provider, however it is the responsibility of the provider and the BillHub user to setup the account successfully. 

BillHub has no access to any provider accounts, the BillHub user who setup the account will be named on the account with the provider. Account information can be found on the Packages page of your dashboard.
