Making payment

There are two ways to make payment: 

1) Manual Pay - to make a payment must login to your account and click the 'pay' button next to the bill you want to pay. If you do not click pay the bill will remain unpaid indefinitely. 

2) Auto Pay - all new providers are setup with Auto pay turned on. Auto pay will make payment 24 hours after you have received notification of a new bill. You can toggle between auto and manual pay in the bill options found in the drop down menu on the bill.
